Prompt Optimizer — Privacy statement Airport51 Inc Last updated: 2026-08-29 HOW OPTIMIZATION WORKS The app always creates a deterministic local result in your browser first. If Airport51's guarded AI refinement is available, the rough prompt, your selected settings and that local draft are sent over HTTPS to Airport51's WordPress server. The server forwards them to Anthropic using a server-side API key. The API key is never sent to your browser. If the AI service is unavailable or the request limit is reached, the local result stays available. The installed app shell and local optimizer also keep working offline; AI refinement requires an internet connection. WHAT IS SENT FOR AI REFINEMENT - the prompt you enter - target AI, tone and desired answer length - the two visible option toggles - the deterministic local draft Do not enter secrets, passwords, medical records or other information you are not comfortable sending to an AI provider. Airport51 does not add analytics, advertising trackers or third-party browser scripts to this app. Standard web server logs can include IP address, requested path and timestamp, but prompt text is sent in the HTTPS request body rather than the URL. ABUSE PROTECTION Airport51 applies short-term, per-device and global request limits. A one-way hash derived from network and browser information is used for those limits. The hash is temporary operational data and is not used for advertising or profiling. WHAT IS STORED ON YOUR DEVICE Three values are written to your browser's localStorage: po_history_v1 your prompt library (raw text, timestamp and favorite state) po_presets_v1 your saved setting presets po_draft_v1 the text currently in the input box Clearing browser data for this site, or pressing Clear in the library drawer, deletes the relevant local data. Export downloads a JSON copy to your device; import reads a JSON file you select. Neither action uploads the file. If you install the app, its service worker caches only the app's own files so the local optimizer can work offline. It does not cache API requests or prompt responses. SHARED TEXT Text sent through the Android share sheet arrives as a URL parameter. The app copies it into the input box and immediately removes it from the address bar so it does not remain in browser history or copied links. CONTACT hello@airport51.ai
